thanks for the info and the website

I saw that the files are in and no autocad 3ds!

as the amount in autocad 2010?
and remain attached to the materials?

Yes there are in *3ds format using the add texture widget in Nxt to import the files. Then right click on the material you wish to change and choose reload and change the material for the desired one.

I tried to enter the 3ds file through the widget nxt;
I also created its materials, but many blacks;

you usually works importing "all" materials?
or you need to replace them with those of nxt??

if I can insert libraries 3ds, I can do a jump is not indifferent to the quality of the render!!

First you import via nxt widget which I believe you have no problem with.

Right click on the material you wish to change and choose reload from the content menu.

In the browser window select the desired material from your library on your hard disk and click OK this changes the material assign as in this case the side wind screen and head lamps/

The change you can see here, do same for all other materials you wish to change then render.

This you can see from the rendering window.

You can also type, "3dsin" at autocad command prompt and hit entre then browse for the 3ds file and choose inport by material or objects as the case that best suit your purpose.

what a pity that you can not import the material from 3ds files!!

would be too good!

dowload hour block, finishing (mirror, plants, various objects) and proceed.

then publish views

It looks like it needs many more passes.

Try using the Path Tracer engine. Although the image is very grainy to start with, you get an accurate sense of the light right from the start.

As Akinlolu said, test your lighting and materials with just the room and maybe the sofas on their own.

Also make sure your interior lights are on a different channel to the daylight so you can tweak the balance later when you save as an nxt image.

I may have solved, it was a simple error 3DFACE that had stuck to the light and you could see when I copied!!

now I've done it a try.

what do you think??
you have any advice?

thanks peter, also follow your advice

I think now it's much better. keep in mind that I did make only 15 passed and the resolution is 800x600;

now I'm going to fix the bedroom, the bathroom, etc. .....

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
