I'm not sure what you mean.  If you're asking whether nXt can automatically put a watermark on a rendering, the answer is no.

But  I use the watermark to generate a video with the frames created in walkabout. In this case 498 frames or more is very slow create a watermark in Photo shop.

Maybe you can try to create new action in PS to watermark a bunch of pictures automatically.

First make new Action, then you can use Image Processor applying action on all images in specified subdir.

adding a watermark (or sound, or subtitle ...) to a video is a typical POSTPRODUCTION task, there are plenty software packages out there to help you to achieve just this - try adobe premiere ... or get yourself a video camera, you will undoubtedly get a CD with some free software to do this...
