Render farm

Can nXt run on render nodes like these:

This may prove to be a more cost effective path for us rather than having to upgrade computers constantly to increase rendering speed.

As far as I know these things just look like additional networked computers, so things should run unmodified.

Remember, the farm that we provide is very basic-- whether we can run using someone else's farm software (or even on a "cloud") is a more interesting question-- that may take a little pioneering and a little work from my end. It certainly should be possible (even easy.)

Just FYI you can't do "sliced" renderings with the path tracer (i.e. farmed, singled drawings) yet-- I'm working on that today.

more expensive toys......! I want I may be setup more sandy bridge computer, which will be more economic, but I need to buy more windows license.....!
