Use the Path Tracer, it resolves very quickly.  This is about 150 passes which took only a few minutes at 550 x 550 res.  It could use a few minutes more.

There are some problems with the model-- most notably is that it is located too far from the origin.  This can easily become a problem later on.  Move it closer to the world origin if possible.

Typically its going to take a lot of passes to resolve anything that is in shadow with a strong lighting condition and indirect lighting. The good news is that it usually resolves faster for exterior lighting conditions. The bad news is it will take many more passes. With path tracer engine it may take 2000 or more passes.

To help speed your rendering simplify, simplify, simplify and use the lowest resolution you can stand. We do many poster size renderings here for projects and I find that one bad material can really slow down the process.

I hope this helps helps. Good Luck

in the morning, I purged your model, slightly changed glazing and slightly altered lighting setup - pathtracer took only some ten minutes for 16 passes with no signs of speckles, then I forgot and left for meetings - another image shows the result after 416 passes, which took 4,5h.

It would be good if you saved the reference view...

interestingly, colors are very different from yours.

Got some nasty faceting going on when viewed at this perspective.
probably the origin thing mentioned by Roy?
No-- the faceting is no big deal.  Facetres or Obj. Props. Tesselation setting will take care of it.
Because speed is an issue would it be better to just tag the curved balconies through the object properties tesselation instead of the whole model using facetres?
I doubt if it makes a difference in this case.  This model is very fast to begin with--adding some extra faces probably wouldn't be very noticeable.  Also, facetres only affects curved objects which, in this model, are all of the objects you want to improve anyway.

dear all thank will test it out again,

Options > Display Tab> Display Resolutions.

Arc and circle smoothness I set to 1000

Segment in polyline curve I set to 100

Rendered Object smoothness to 10 and

Contour lines per surface I leave at 4.

This way all curve solid comes out smooth.
