AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Marc has graciously uploaded his plant library to share with us.  It's available on the plant lib download page.  It includes some very high quality leaf textures as well.  This represents a lot of work on his part.

Thanks to Marc! I'm not getting any preview images of the plants within nXt or windows explorer...any ideas? Thanks - John
We did have a few problems with the explorer thumbnails in past versions-- check the What's New to make sure you're up to date WRT to this. If you think you are-- try logging on and off and see if that makes a difference.
Thanks Roy...Installing ver 237, but forgot, and can't find on the website, which file to drag/drop into acad 2011...John
Just type nxt at the command line. You can verify your version in the about box.
Cool...Thought we used to have to app load a file...ver 237 is up and running and I can see the trees! Have a safe Thanksgiving...John
Thanks Marc!
Roy, I give it to you and our community, I don't understand very well all the questions (my english is not good enough), but I trust you, and you will do the best for nXt and us. Later, I will give others that I did. I agree with A. Rodriguez idea, and hope that the plant generator will evolve a little bit... I have some ideas very simples. And I think that nXt, with his render engine and this plant generator (with little evolution), could be the far most interesting product... for the domain I know: architecture. It's my interest to use it and contribute to this goal of "perfection". Now, with the plant generator, I spend very few time in pshop, the shadows are better, aerial views are better...
I also have some simple ideas to improve the nXt plants, based on the main limitations found when using the tree editor for a while
Roy, let me know when you return to plants development, and I'll explain you my suggestions
Go ahead and make suggestions-- either here-- if you want them to be public-- or in the dev. forum. I can probably devote a little time to this soon.
I know this is old thread but I just wanted to thank Marc for the plants tres magnifique! They really add life to the renders!
