Perfectly normal. The colors of the floor and wall reflect on the ceiling. You can control the amount of this reflection by lowering the color bleed value in the advanced lighting tab

What exactly did you expect to see? In real world, we just think that the wall is white, but it's almost always of some other colour (actually reflecting colours of its surrounding - on your image the colour of the wall and floor). Also compare the overall room ambient light level. It is quite low, so the roof is really normal to be somehow darker. See attached especially on the left ceiling corner, although the ambient lighting of the room is high.

you can try the packet tracer=default engine. If you really want a white ceiling ( George is right though) i think the effect is only visible here, or am i wrong?
The Color bleed setting isn't implemented yet in e4.
