This I believe is what you want.

Thanks for your explanation, I know how to attach an image on a curved wall but it always the same image on both side.

Did you create a rendering of both side? Actualy the image is the same on the dwg you sent.

Merci

Éric

This is possibly a bug-- the projection controls should take care of it (I think.)  Upload an example if you can-- zip up the decal as well.  Either use the upload link, or attach the file to a reply.

There is a major bug for me, I am an Exhibit Designer and many booth I design have a double sided images panels.

I appreceate you help

Merci beaucoup

Did you change the projection from "Forwards and Backwards" to "Forwards Only"?

Also make sure it's single sided.

Yes I tried everything. And I still working on it for the solution!

Thanks

Éric

If it's a bug with cylindrically projected decals, then you'll need to find a workaround until I get it fixed, which may be a while.  You can always use two surfaces separated by a small distance.  1 or 2 mm should do it.
Choose cylinder and not planar. Using object snaps, select the center.  The for the radius the endpoint of the curve not the mid point (note the inside one for the first decal and the outer end point for the other decal.) For width (moving anti-clock wise) select the end points and the height the lowest point and highest point.

Nice explanation!
have two curves side by side and map them seperately.
Try this.

I'm working with too many block with curve and it will take too much time for to redraw a double piece on each.

I hope somebody at McNeel will work on this problem.

Thank you for the effort,

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
