use rubble or wrinkle as a bump
you can use granite or marble as procedure to mix different opacities/colors

It all depends on the type of water you want:
Swimming pool, puddle, lake or river, glass of water, bath or sink.
It also depends on whether you're viewing it under daylight or artificial light.
